摘要
子宫内膜在精确的雌激素和孕激素的作用下,经历了增殖,分化以及在分泌晚期孕酮撤退情况下的子宫内膜周期性的崩解、脱落以及其后的再生修复过程。子宫内膜的快速崩解脱落现象是月经发生的显著特征。孕酮撤退是引发月经发生的始动因子,金属基质蛋白酶则是最终作用因子。金属基质蛋白酶(MMP)为水解酶,其家族成员众多。将对金属基质蛋白酶结构种类、剪切与活化、调节以及其在月经发生中灵长类和小鼠月经样模型中子宫内膜中的定位、表达与酶活进行阐述。
Endometrium undergoes proliferation, differentiation, breakdown, shedding and regeneration. This is mediated by progesterone withdrawal under the finely regulation of estradiol and progesterone. The quick breakdown and shedding is the unique character of menstruation. Progesterone withdrawal is the initiation factor, however, matrix metalloproteinase (MMP) is the final factor of endometrial shedding. MMP is hydrolytic enzyme and has many members. In the paper, the MMPs in the structure, spliceosome and activation, regulation and the location, expression and enzyme activity in primate and mouse menstrual -like model were clarified.
