Tinetti平衡与步态量表用于老年人跌倒风险评估的信效度研究

The reliability and validity of the Tinetti Performance-Oriented Mobility Assessment-Chinese version in assessment of the falling risk of elderly people

目的 探讨Tinetti平衡与步态量表（Tinetti POMA）在老年人跌倒风险评估中应用的信效度.方法 对成都市2所老年院中的200名老年人采用Tinetti POMA进行评估,对其信度效度进行分析.结果 总量表内部一致性Cronbach α系数为0.887,分量表为0.872、0.718;总量表的Guttman分半信度系数为0.883,分量表为0.808、0.626;总量表的重测信度组内相关系数（ICC）为0.886,分量表为0.877、856;因子分析共提取了2个公因子,方差贡献率为54.65％,各条目的因子负荷值为0.501～0.822;跌倒组得分低于无跌倒组,差异有统计学意义.结论 Tinetti POMA具有良好的信度及效度,可以作为我国老年人跌倒风险评估的工具进行推广应用.

Objective To test the reliability and validity of the Tinetti POMA-Chinese version.Methods 200 elderly people in two nursing homes of Chengdu were assessed with Tinetti POMA,the reliability and validity of DGI were evaluated.Results The Cronbach＆#39;s alpha of total scale was 0.887,the subscales＆#39; Cronbach＆#39;s alpha were 0.872,0.718,the Guttman split-half coefficient of total scale was 0.883,the sub-scales＆#39; Guttman split-half coefficient were 0.808,0.626,the test-retest reliability of total scale was 0.886.the sub-scales＆#39; were 0.877,0.856; the factor analysis indicated the Tinetti POMA was composed of 2 factors,which could explain 54.65% of total variance; the factor loading value from 0.501 to 0.822; the score of fall group were lower than those without fall,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusions The Chinese version of Tinetti POMA has good reliability and validity,it can be used as a valid tool for the assessment of elderly people＆#39;s falling risk.
