摘要
通过对香港两所护理学院护理学硕士与博士研究生培养模式的比较,指出香港护理学研究生教育已形成一个相对完善的培养模式.提出改革“应试型”招生条件,促进培养类型平衡合理化,丰富培养方向,明确培养目标,优化课程设置,完善考核体系等针对性建议,为国内护理院校探索、优化护理学研究生培养模式提供参考.
Through comparing of the cultivation models for master and doctoral postgraduate of two schools of nursing in Hong Kong, the viewpoint that the relatively perfect cultivation models for nursing postgraduate in Hong Kong had been formed was pointed out. Reformation of ＂exam-oriented＂ admission re- quirements, rationalization of cultivation types, enrichment of cultivation directions as well as making culti- vation objectives explicitly, curriculum optimized and evaluation system improved should be suggested and referenced by domestic nursing educational innovators.
