探讨地方高校高等教育研究机构建设存在的主要问题,目的是通过"领导充分重视,准确定位研究功能""建立健全规章制度,引入激励机制""发挥自身优势,做好服务工作""以院校研究为主,辅以人才培养工作""做好‘三结合’,增强研究运行实效性""加强队伍建设,增强队伍活力"等措施加以改进。

This paper indicates the main problems of higher education research organization in regional colleges.It can be improved through the leaders' sufficient attention and orientating the research function accurately; establishing and consummating rules and regulations and introducing incentive mechanism; taking own advantages to make the service work; stressing institutional research supplemented by the work of personnel training; making the 'three-in-one' to enhance the research effectiveness of the operation; strengthening the team building to increase the vitality,etc.
