摘要
目的研究经阴道超声对诊断异位妊娠的应用价值。方法选取120例异位妊娠患者,分别进行经阴道超声检查与经腹部超声检查,并观察两种影像学检查方法得出的影响效果及诊断率。结果经阴道超声诊断异位妊娠准确率为91.67%,高于经腹部超声检查诊断率的72.5%,两组结果差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经阴道超声检查能够有效提高异位妊娠的临床诊断率,有着较高的临床应用前景。
Objective To study the application value oftransvaginal ultrasonography in diagnozing ectopic pregnancy. Methods 120 patients with ectopic pregnancy were examed with transvaginal ultrasound and transabdominal sonography, and the effect and diagnosis rate of the two kinds of imaging methods were observed. Results Diagnosed by transvaginal ultrasound, the ectopic pregnancy rate was 91.67%, higher than 72.5% diagnosed by abdominal ultrasound; the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Transvaginal ultrasound can effectively improve the clinical diagnosis rate ofectonic oremaancv, and it has good clinical annlicatinn prospects.
