摘要
臭氧用于慢性骨关节炎是目前医学界推广的治疗方法之一,合适浓度的臭氧利用其强氧化特点使慢性骨关节炎患者疼痛减轻,延缓软骨及骨质破坏。本研究将从臭氧对软骨及炎性因子的影响、不同浓度臭氧治疗骨关节炎产生的利弊方面来探讨其现状及发展。
Ozone used for clinical treatment of osteoarthritis is one of recommended methods in the current medical field. Because of ozone's strong oxidizing characteristics, appropriate concentration of ozone can relieve the pain and delay the cartilage and bone destruction for patients with osteoarthritis. This article discussed the application status and development of ozone from the effects of ozone on the cartilage and inflammatory factors, and the advantages and disadvantages of different concentrations of ozone in the treatment of osteoarthritis.
