泛影葡胺和碘必乐对大鼠肾毒性作用的形态学研究

摘要 为研究高、低渗 X线造影剂 (泛影葡胺和碘必乐 )对正常及肾损害大鼠的肾形态学影响 ,运用光镜及透射电镜对 36只Wistar大鼠进行了观察。结果显示 ,泛影葡胺和碘必乐对正常大鼠的肾毒性作用较弱 ,而泛影葡胺可加重甘油肾损害大鼠的肾毒性。
