Strengthening Environmental Protection and Promoting Sustainable Rural Development

近年来,农村地区畜禽养殖污染、农药化肥污染、生活垃圾污染和工业"三废"污染等问题越来越严重。农村环境日益恶化,不仅严重威胁城乡居民的身体健康,而且还制约着农村经济的健康发展。逐步改善农村环境,是建设社会主义新农村的一项重要任务。本文就加强农村环境保护工作的开展提出了一些建议和措施。

In recent years, livestock pollution in rural areas, pesticide and fertilizer pollution, solid waste pollution, water pollution and industrial ＂three kinds of wastes＂ pollution problems are getting worse. The rural environment is deteriorating. It is not only a serious threat to the health of urban and rural residents, but also restrict the healthy development of the rural economy. Improving the rural environment gradually is an important task of building a new socialist countryside. In this paper, the author explores how to strengthen the rural environmental protection work.
