Effect of Bacillus Bifidus Trigeminy Viable-organism Capsule in Treatment of Chronic Diarrhea in Air Force Pilots

目的观察双歧杆菌三联活菌治疗空军飞行员慢性腹泻的临床效果。方法将慢性腹泻空军飞行员75例随机分为试验组（40例）和对照组（35例）。试验组予双歧杆菌三联活菌肠溶胶囊（4周）加蒙脱石散治疗（3～14d），对照组予左氧氟沙星片（2周）加蒙脱石散治疗（3～14d），疗程结束比较两组治疗效果，对治疗显效者1年后随访并统计比较复发率。结果治疗结束后显效率和总有效率试验组分别为82．5％、97．5％，对照组分别为42．9％、65．7％，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。治疗显效者1年后随访复发率试验组为24．2％，对照组为86．7％，两组比较差异亦有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论双歧杆菌三联活菌治疗空军飞行员慢性腹泻效果满意且复发率较低、，

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Bacillus bifidus trigeminy viable-organism capsule in treatment of chronic diarrhea in pilots. Methods A total of 75 air force pilots with chronic diarrhea were randomly divided into experi- ment group （40 patients） and control group （35 patients）. Experiment group was treated with Bacillus bifidus trigeminy via- ble-organism capsule （4 weeks） , while control group was treated with Levofloxacin Tablets （2 weeks） , and Smectite powder was used in the two groups （3-14 d）. The therapeutic efficacy of the two groups was compared, and the relapse rate was re- corded and compared for patients with better therapeutic effect after a one-year follow-up. Results The excellence rate and the total effective rate were 82.5% and 97.5% in experiment group, and 42.9% and 65.7% in control group respectively, and the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The relapse rate in those with better therapeutic effect after a one-year follow-up was 24.2% in experiment group and 86.7% in control group respectively, and the difference was also sta- tistically significant （P 〈 O. 01 ）. Conclusion Bacillus bifidus trigeminy viable-organism capsule is effective in treatment of chronic diarrhea with low relapse rate in air force pilots.
