Discussion about the Measuring Method of Feeler Gauge

塞尺是一种常用的检验间隙的薄片式量具,厚度是其主要技术指标。在塞尺检定规程中,对塞尺厚度的测量方法介绍有些简单,容易造成不同人员测量结果的不统一。该文分析了塞尺检定规程中存在的一些问题,并提出了更合理的塞尺厚度测量的取点和取值的方法。根据该方法基本可以实现塞尺厚度量值统一的目的。

The feeler gauge is a flaky guage for testing gap,thickness is the main specification.In the verifi cation regulation of feeler gauges,because of the simple introduction of measuring thickness method,is easy to cause different measured results.This paper analyzes some problems in the verification regulation of feeler gauge,and puts forward a more reasonable measurement method of getting points and value. According to this method,we can basically achieve an unified value of feeler gauge thickness.
