一种改进的三相逆变器脉冲频率调制技术

摘要 在传统脉冲频率调制的三相逆变器中,为了解决开关频率变化范围大,开关周期相差极为悬殊而导致输出电流畸变的问题,提出了一种改进的脉冲频率调制技术。该技术通过细分调制周期,选择适当的脉冲宽度,再配合基于马尔科夫链随机方法的脉冲位置调制技术,不仅在谐波抑制效果上,可以与传统脉冲频率调制技术相媲美,而且改善了输出电流波形质量。在三相逆变器的实验样机上进行了对比实验,验证了改进的脉冲频率调制技术的有效性和实用性。 To solve the problem of output current distortion caused by over widely variation of switching frequency and great disparity of switching period in traditional pulse frequency modulated inverters, proposed an improved technique. This technique divided modulation period into several smaller sections, selected proper pulse width and used random pulse position modulation technique based on markov chain. It not only has the same effect on compressing harmonic peak value, but also improved the output current waveform. A prototype of threephase inverter was setup to make a comparison experiment, and experimental results verified the correctness and practicability of proposed modulation technique.
