干旱胁迫后复水对烤烟的农艺性状及内源保护酶活性的影响 被引量:3

摘要 为了研究复水处理对不同干旱胁迫后的烤烟品种生长以及叶片内源保护酶活性的影响,以烤烟K326和红花大金元为材料,设计了不同程度的干旱胁迫,统一进行复水处理,在胁迫结束当天及复水的第1、4、8天对烟株进行农艺性状调查以及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性的测定。结果表明:复水处理有助于K326和红花大金元在干旱胁迫后的烟株生长及烟叶内源保护酶活性的恢复,并且恢复速度随着干旱程度的加剧而变得缓慢;同时,在同等干旱程度下,K326的生长和保护酶活性恢复速度总体上要比红花大金元的快,这表明K326的抗旱性要优于红花大金元。 To study the rewatering treatment after different levels of drought stress on tobacco growth and activity of endogenous protective enzymes in tobacco leaf, the experiment used tobacco varieties of K326 and Honghuadajinyuan as the material and designed different levels of drought stress, then a unified rewatering treatment will be carried out, and then a investigation on agricultural characters and a determine on activities of SOD, POD and CAT were conducted to the tobacco plants on the day when the drought stress ended and the 1, 4 and 8 d after rewatering. The results showed that the rewatering treatment can help recovery of the plant growth and the activity of endogenous protective enzymes in leaf of K326 and Honghuadajinyuan after drought stress, and the recovery rate turned to slow along with increasing level of drought stress; meanwhile, with the same level of drought stress, the growth and the recovery rate of protective enzymes of K326 were generally faster than those of Honghuadajinyuan, indicating the drought resistance of K326 was better than that of Honghuadajinyuan.
