摘要
采用相关分析、典型相关分析研究了湖南中烟重庆酉阳苍岭基地植烟土壤理化性状对烟叶化学成分的影响。烟区植烟土壤pH值总体适宜,速效磷相对缺乏,速效钾、碱解氮、有机质含量中等,水溶性氯含量较低,相关分析结果表明:土壤pH值与烟叶还原性糖含量正相关,与烟叶总氮含量负相关;土壤速效磷含量与烟叶烟碱含量负相关;土壤速效磷、碱解氮含量与烟叶氮碱比显著正相关。典型相关分析结果表明:烟区土壤理化性状对烟叶化学成分作用的大小依次为:pH值>速效磷>有机质>速效钾>碱解氮>水溶性氯;土壤速效钾、有机质的含量主要影响烟叶中糖组分含量,土壤速效钾含量对烟叶还原糖的积累有利,对总糖积累不利;土壤有机质含量对糖含量的影响与土壤速效钾含量相反。
Using the methods of correlation analysis and canonical correlation analysis, the relationships between physiochemical characteristics of tobacco planting soil and chemical compositions of tobacco leaf in Youyang Cangling Base of China Tobacco Hunan Industrial Co., Ltd. were studied. The results showed that the pH value of tobacco planting soil in the base was generally appropriate, the available phosphor was relatively lacking, the contents of available potassium, available nitrogen and organic matter were at middle level, and the content of water-soluble chloride was relatively low. The correlation analysis results showed that the soil pH value was positively correlated with the content of reducing sugar in tobacco leaf, but negatively correlated with the content of total nitrogen in tobacco leaf;the content of available phosphorus in soil was negatively correlated with the nicotine content in tobacco leaf; the contents of available phosphorus and available nitrogen in soil were significantly positively correlated with the ratio of nitrogen to nicotine in tobacco leaf. Canonical correlation analysis results showed that the effects of soil physiochemical characteristics on chemical compositions of tobacco leaf was in a order of pH value> available phosphor> organic matters> available potassium> available nitrogen> water-soluble chlorine; the contents of available potassium and organic matters mainly influenced the sugar content in tobacco leaf, in which the content of available potassium in soil was beneficial to accumulation of reducing sugar in tobacco leaf, but disbenefit for accumulation of total sugar; the effects of the content of organic matters in soil on the sugar content in tobacco leaf were opposite to the effects of the content of available potassium on that.
