层次分析法在湖南武陵山区特色农业主导产业选择中的应用

Application of AHP in Selection of Leading Industry for Characteristic Agriculture in Wuling Mountain Area of Hunan Province

根据主导产业选择基准理论,采用层次分析法,以湖南武陵山区特色农业主导产业为目标层,以经济效益、市场前景、产业基础和资源优势为准则层,构建了主导产业选择的层次模型,对湖南武陵山区特色农业的主导产业进行了分析。结果表明:湖南武陵山区主导产业的选择准则优先顺序应为经济效益>市场前景>产业基础>资源优势,重点可选择发展柑橘、生猪、蔬菜、优质水稻、茶叶、羊、鸡、油菜、牛、油茶、名优鱼、木材、娃娃鱼、竹材、饲料玉米、中药材、烟叶、油桐、红薯、马铃薯等20个主导产业。

Based on the theory of selecting criteria for leading industry, and using analytic hierarchy process （AHP） to build a hierarchical model for selecting leading industry. Firstly, it put the leading industry of characteristic agriculture in Wuling Mountain Area of Hunan Province as the goal layer. Secondly, it put market prospects, economic benefits, industry foundations and resource advantages as the criterion layer. At last, it analyzed the leading industry of characteristics agriculture in Wuling Mountain Area of Hunan Province. The results showed that the selecting criteria for leading industry in Wuling Mountain Area of Hunan Province should be economic benefits＆gt;market prospects＆gt;industry foundations＆gt;resource advantages, and can choose 20 leading industries to develop emphatically, including citrus, live hog, vegetable, quality rice, tea, sheep, chicken, rape, cattle, oil-camellia, famous and quality fish, wood, giant salamander, bamboo, feed corn, Chinese medicinal materials, tobacco leaves, tung oil tree, sweet potato, and potato.
