摘要
对120t铁水罐喷吹纯镁脱硫工艺进行了优化研究,结合实验室石灰石脱硫结果,确定了工业生产脱硫应采取的措施,如提高钝化镁粉纯度、控制喷枪插入深度、连续少量投放石灰石及喷枪气化室维护等。结果表明,镁利用率提高了8%,一次扒渣后硫含量范围为0.005%~O.010%。
The desulfurization process by blowing pure magnesium into 120 t hot-metal-la- dle was studied base on optimization. Referring to the desulfurization results by using limestone in laboratory, some measures which are to be taken for desulfurization in industry production are de- termined such as improving the purity quotient of passivation magnesium powder, controlling the insertion depth of a spray lance, continuously putting a small amount of limestone into the ladle and keeping maintenance for the lance and gasification chamber. The results show that the utiliza- tion ratio of magnesium is improved by 8% and the content of sulfur in hot metal after the first slagging-off is between 0.005% and 0.010%.
