摘要
对Z1.6A1.6M合金镀层的组织结构、冷弯性能及抗盐雾腐蚀性能进行了分析。结果表明,Al和Mg元素的加入使镀层中含有富锌相、富铝相和三元共晶相;不同相在力学性能上存在差异,使镀层韧性下降,冷弯过程中镀层层间产生微小开裂;镀层抗盐雾腐蚀性能较强,MgZn2在表面富集提高了镀层的抗盐雾腐蚀能力。
The microstructure, cold bending property and salt spray corrosion resistance of the Z1.6A1.6M alloy coating are analyzed. The results show that by the addition of elements such as A1 and Mg into the coating, the rich-zinc phase, the rich-aluminium phase and ternary eutectic phase phase can be formed in the coating. Different phases differ in mechanical property, which can weaken the toughness of the coating and during operationof cold-bending small cracks may occur in the inter-layer of the coating. However, the salt spray corrosion resistance of the coating excels well due to MgZn2 concentrated on the surface of the coating.
