状态监测技术在精轧F2减速箱故障诊断中应用

摘要 针对鞍钢股份有限公司热轧厂1700生产线精轧F2减速箱振动幅值超标问题,利用先进振动分析仪CSI2130和SPM冲击脉冲采集器对精轧减速箱进行周期监测,应用状态监测与故障诊断技术进行分析,找出了导致减速箱振动超标的主要原因,制定预防措施,保障了设备稳定运行。 With regard to problem that vibration limited by the F2 gearbox of finishing mill stands in amplitude is out of the range of specifications 1700 mm production line of Hot Rolled Strip Mill of Angang Steel Co., Ltd., the F2 gearbox during rolling is monitored periodically by advanced vibration analyzer CSI2130 and SPM impact impulse collector. And then the monitored results are analyzed by state-monitoring & fault-diagnosing technology and the main cause leading to be out of the specifications limited by the F2 gearbox is found out. After that the preventive measures are formulated and the stable operation of the equipment can be guaranteed.
