摘要
目的探讨盐酸羟考酮缓释片(奥施康定)联合生物电刺激治疗中重度癌痛的疗效、不良反应及治疗费用。方法选取2011年6月—2012年11月我院收治的中重度晚期癌痛患者175例,将其随机分为两组:对照组(90例)患者给予奥施康定治疗,起始剂量10 mg/次,1次/12 h,口服;观察组(85例)患者在口服奥施康定治疗的同时,配合人体穴位生物电刺激治疗。两组均根据疼痛缓解情况调整奥施康定的剂量,直至将疼痛缓解至患者满意的程度。30 d后评价两组患者的疼痛缓解度,比较不良反应发生率及治疗费用。结果两组患者均完成治疗。治疗后观察组患者疼痛缓解度(0、1、2、3、4度分别为0、1、12、35、37例)优于对照组(0、1、2、3、4度分别为3、4、19、36、28例)(T=26,P<0.05);便秘〔25.9%(22/85)〕,恶心、呕吐〔23.5%(20/85)〕发生率均低于对照组〔47.8%(43/90)和36.7%(33/90)〕(P<0.05);奥施康定药费、即释吗啡针药费、不良反应药费、材料及注射费、总费用均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中重度癌痛患者口服奥施康定治疗过程中配合生物电刺激治疗,能明显提高止痛效果,且可降低不良反应发生率及治疗费用。
Objective To investigate the curative effects, adverse reactions and costs of oxycodone hydroehloride tablets (Oxycontin) combined with the bio - electric stimulation therapy in treatment of moderate or severe cancer pain. Methods A total of 175 patients who were admitted to our hospital from June 2011 to November 2012 were randomly divided into two groups: Control group (90 cases) were treated with Oxycontin (the starting dose: 10 rag, usage: oral every 12 hours) ; Observation group (85 cases) were treated with Oxycontin and the body acupoint bio - electric stimulation therapy; In both groups, the dose of Oxycontin was adjusted according to pain relief degree until the patients felt satisfied. After 30 days, pain relief degree of two groups was evaluated, adverse reaction incidences and costs were compared between two groups. Results All patients in both groups completed treatment. The pain relief degree in observation group (0, 1, 2, 3, 4 degree was found in 0, 1, 12, 35, 37 cases, separately)was better than that (0, 1, 2, 3, 4 degree was found in3, 4, 19, 36, 28 cases, separately)in control group, with significant difference ( T = 26, P 〈 0. 05 ) . The constipation incidence [ 25. 9% ( 22/85 ) ], nausea and vomiting incidence [23.5% (20/85) ] in observation group were lower than those [47. 8% (43/90) and 36. 7% (33/90) in control group, with significant difference (P 〈 0. 05 ) . The costs of Oxycontin, release morphine injection, drugs used to treat adverse reactions, materials and injection costs, and total costs in observation group were lower than those in control group, with significant difference (P 〈 0. 05) . Conclusion Oxycontin combined with bio - electric stimulation therapy can significantly improve the analgesic effect, reduce adverse reaction incidence and the costs of treatment.
