摘要 对处于研制阶段的航空发动机整机试验用传感器故障隔离进行了研究。分析了研制阶段发动机试验传感器的故障特点,基于这些特点和发动机自适应模型,建立了多种基于发动机性能模型的故障隔离算法,分别研究了3种不同的隔离指标;分析了发动机故障与传感器故障之间的影响和关系,在发动机故障程度较为严重条件下,建立了改善传感器故障隔离效果的加权方法;并对所建立的算法进行了带有噪声的数值试验。结果表明:采用自适应收敛判断量作为隔离指标,隔离效果最为良好。 Sensor fault isolation was researched for the whole engine test in development stage. Fault characteristics of engine test sensor were analyzed in development stage. Based on the characteristics and engine self-adaptive model, kinds of fault isolation algorithms were built on the basis of engine performances model, Three different isolation indicator was studied respectively. The influences and relations between engine fault and sensor fault were analyzed. Weighted method of improving fault isolation effect was built in sever engine fault condition. Numerical experiments with noise were conducted for the algorithm. The results show that the better isolation effect is to adopt self-adaptive convergence parameter as the isolation indicator.
