摘要
将水滑石与各类水性涂胶复合配制成新型环保阻燃涂层剂,对涤纶织物进行涂层整理,以获得综合应用性能良好的阻燃织物。研究了水滑石质量分数、涂浆量、焙烘温度及时间等因素对织物阻燃、透湿、耐水压的影响,优化了涂层工艺,测试了涂层织物的白度、织物风格及耐水洗性能。结果表明:在相同工艺下,水滑石-PU组合较优于水滑石-PUA组合和水滑石-PA组合;水滑石与PU的最佳配比为11︰100;最优涂层工艺为:涂浆量9 g/m2,165℃下焙烘55 s;涂层后织物垂直燃烧指标达到国家B1级标准,静水压8.04 kPa,透湿量4 577 g/(m2·24 h),且耐水洗性能优异。
This study makes hydrotalcite and various water-based coating adhesives into a new environmental flame retardant coating agent for coating finishing of dacron fabrics so as to obtain flame retardant fabrics with good comprehensive application performance. This paper studies the influence of such factors as mass fraction of hydrotalcite,coating capacity and curing temperature and time on flame retardancy,moisture permeability and hydraulic pressure resistance of fabrics,optimizes coating process and tests the whiteness,style and washability of coated fabrics. The result shows that hydrotalcite-PU combination is relatively better than hydrotalcite-PUA combination and hydrotalcite-PA combination under the same process;the optimal proportion of hydrotalcite and PU is 11︰100; the optimal coating process is: coating capacity 9 g / m2and curing for 55 s at 165 ℃;vertical burning of coated fabrics meets national B1 standard,hydrostatic pressure 8. 04 kPa,moisture permeability 4 577 g /(m2·24 h) and excellent washability.
