人文交流与区域合作——“南海合作与发展研讨会”综述

Cultural Exchanges and Regional Cooperation: aReview of the Seminar on Cooperation and Development in South ChinaSea

2013年9月6日至7日,由中山大学环南中国海研究院、南方国际友好联络会主办,海南国际友好联络会承办的首届"南海合作与发展研讨会"在海口市召开。来自马来西亚、新加坡、中国广东、海南、北京、云南、广西等地的四十多位专家学者出席会议,其中17位做了精彩发言。会议围绕南海区域合作与发展问题,从海洋策略、海洋经济、跨国网络、海洋历史文化等方面进行了交流和讨论。

Co-sponsored by the Institute of South China Sea Rim of Sun Yat-sen University and Southern Association for International Friendly Contact （SAIFC）. organized by Hainan Association for International Friendly Contact, the first ＂Seminar on Cooperation and Development in the South China Sea＂ was held during September 6th to 7th, 2013 in the city of Haikou. Over 40 experts and scholars from countries and regions such as Malaysia, Singapore, Guangdong, Hainan, Beijing. Yunnan and Guangxi were present at the seminar and 17 of them delivered speeches. The seminar focused on issues of regional cooperation and devclopment of South China Sea. Participants exchanged ideas and discussed marine strategies, marine economy, cross-border networks, marine history and other issues.
