A Summary of the Research on People's Free and In-All-Round Development

从理论界对人的自由全面发展研究趋势来看,越来越多的学者认为人的自由发展与人的全面发展是统一的,单讲"人的全面发展"内涵或"人的自由发展"内涵,是对马克思人的自由全面发展内涵的单维度的理解。尽管在表述上有一定差异,但学者们一致认为,人的自由全面发展是马克思主义的最高命题,中国特色社会主义实践应为推进人的自由全面发展创造条件。关于人的自由全面发展实现条件的研究也基本达成共识,即生产力的高度发展是实现人的自由全面发展的绝对必要前提,生产力的增长和高度发展是消灭旧式分工和私有制的前提,也是每个个人拥有充足自由时间的基础。学者们普遍认为,人的自由发展是一个循序渐进的历史发展过程,随着中国特色社会主义实践的不断深入和中国特色社会主义制度的不断完善,我们在为实现人的自由全面发展创造条件的同时,也在一步一步地靠近理想、接近目标。

From the research of people＇s free and in all-round development, more and more scholars agree that people＇s free development is consistent with all around development. It is a single dimension of understanding people＇s free and all around development that just research the meaning of free development or in all-round development. Scholars agree that Marx＇s theory of human development in all around way is the key topic of Marxism, although they are different in representation words. They think the practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics should create condition for promote people＇s free and in all-around de- velopment. Scholars are reached a consensus on how to realize people＇s free and in all-around development. They think the height of the development is the absolute prerequisite of realizing the people＇s free and in-- all-around development. The growth of the productivity and the height of the development is the premise to eliminate the old division, and also is the foundation to gain the free time. And the scholars agree that it is the step by step process to realize people＇s free and in-all around development. With the deepen practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the continuous perfection of institution of socialism for realize people＇s free and in-all around development, meanwhile, we are close to the dream and goal step by step.
