金属带式无级变速器耦合现象及影响因素研究 被引量:3

摘要 金属带式无级变速器的传动比控制与夹紧力控制存在耦合关系,因此在控制中要精确控制传动比和夹紧力非常困难。而从目前的研究成果来看,要提高无级变速器的传动效率必须减小夹紧力使其工作在临界状态,从而使耦合现象变得更为明显。因此要提高CVT的传动效率,首先要对耦合产生的原因及其影响因素进行研究。针对这一问题进行了传动机理的分析,并通过实验确定了耦合程度的影响因素,为进一步探索耦合规律打下了基础。 Transmission ratio control and the clamping force control of push V-- belt CVT are coupling relationship. It is very difficult to accurately control the transmission ratio and clamping force. From the current research result, in order to improve the transmission efficiency of the CVT, the clamping force must be reduced to working in the critical state. Then, the coupling phenomenon becomes more apparent. Therefore, the coupling causes and influencing factors must be found first to improve the CVT transmission efficiency. The drive mechanism analysis is carried out, and the cou- pling degree of influencing factor is determined by experiments. And the research provided the founda- tion for exploring the coupling law foundation.
