摘要
以重型湿式制动车桥在一段时间内的工作情况为研究对象,对湿式驱动桥式制动能量回收装置在前后桥制动压力的分配策略、制动能回收控制策略、蓄电池快速充电和保护策略方面进行了详细的分析。对以往一些常规回收装置的结构进行了对比,提出一种在装配难度、结构大小、维护难度、装置质量以及回收效率这几个方面都有明显改善的重型湿式制动车桥能量回收装置,在这个基础上对系统能量回收装置在回收能量的多少上进行了分析计算。通过计算该系统可回收的制动能量证明了该回收控制策略是有效的。
Taking the working situation of heavy wet brake axle during a period of time as the re- search object. The allocation strategy of brake pressure in front and rear axle, brake energy recovery control, and battery quick charging and protection strategy of the wet drive axle type braking energy recycling equipment are analyzed in detail. Contrast with the structure of some recovery unit, a heavy axle of wet braking energy recycling equipment integrated with the aspects of assembly difficulty, structure size, difficulty of maintenance, unit weight and recovery efficiency that have improved signif- icantly is introduced. And on this basis, the quantity of recycling energy of the system energy recy- cling equipment is analyzed and calculated, by calculating the system can recycle the braking energy, prove that the recycling control strategy is effective.
