摘要
滚子链磨损伸长量过大是造成滚子链传动失效的主要原因,考虑交变高速重载工况下滚子链的磨损伸长量的产生由三部分组成:套筒表面的疲劳磨损量、销轴表面的黏着磨损量和滚子链链板的塑性变形量,通过磨损的剥层理论、黏着磨损理论和低应力多冲碰撞宏观累积塑性变形理论,综合考虑载荷、速度、材料属性、表面加工系数、润滑状态等影响因素,建立了滚子链磨损伸长量计算模型,并以汽车用典型滚子链06B-1为研究对象进行磨损伸长量的计算。
The excessive elongation of roller chain drives is the main reason for failure of its trans- mission. Considering the conditions of alternating high-speed and heavy -load, the elongation of roller chain produced is composed of three parts, the fatigue wear of sleeve surface, the adhesive wear of pin surface and plastic deformation of roller chain plates. According to the theory of layered wear- off, the theory of adhesive wear and low stress plastic deformation under repeated impacted load, con- sidering the influence of load, speed, material property, surface machining factor, lubrication condi tion and other factors, the elongation of roller chain calculation model is established, taking the typical automotive 06B-1 roller chain as the research object, the calculating of wear elongation is carried out.
