摘要
无料钟布料器布料时水平旋转和溜槽倾动两个动作相互配合,可以实现环形、扇形、螺旋布料及定点布料等多种布料方式,布料装置传动系统设计的优劣将直接影响布料效果,从而影响高炉的生产。行星差动减速器是传动系统重要的组成部分,具有传动比大、承载能力强、结构紧凑、适应性广等优点。通过分析选择合理的传动形式,对行星差动减速器进行设计与分析,实现利用主副电机差速控制旋转和倾动动作,可精确、可靠实现高炉炉顶布料。
When non-bell distributor operates, horizontal rotation and chute tilting cooperate with each other, several distribution patterns such as circular, fan-shaped, rotary and fixed-point distribution are realized. Distributing effect is directly influenced by the design of distributor transmis- sion system, which in turn influences the production of the blast furnace. The planetary differential re- ducer is an important part of the transmission system, which has the advantages of large transmission ratio, strong bearing capacity, compact structure, extensive adaptability, etc. Planet differential re- ducer is designed and analyzed through reasonable selection and analysis of the transmission form, the control of rotation and tilting movement is realized by means of the differential between the main and side motor, and finally the accurate and reliable distribution of the blast furnace is realized.
