圆弧齿线圆柱齿轮传动副建模及接触强度分析 被引量:9

Modeling and Contact Strength Analysis of Cylindrical Gear with Arcuate Tooth Trace

摘要 在分析圆弧齿线圆柱齿轮加工原理以及理想齿轮副啮合理论的基础上,得到了理想圆弧齿线圆柱齿轮的几何形状参数;基于三维建模软件UG NX8.0,完成其虚拟样机的制造;借助有限元分析方法研究了变齿线半径、变模数及变齿宽对圆弧齿线圆柱齿轮接触应力的影响机理。分析结果表明圆弧齿线圆柱齿轮的齿线半径、模数及齿宽与其接触强度有着密切关系且当其他相关参数一定且1.1b≤RT≤2b时,圆弧齿线圆柱齿轮的接触应力值最小。研究结论为圆弧齿线圆柱齿轮的设计及工程应用提供了相应的理论依据。 Based on analyzing processing principle of cylindrical gears with arcuate tooth trace and meshing theory of ideal gear, the cylindrical gears with arcuate tooth trace geometry parameters are got. Based on three--dimensional modeling software UG NX8. 0, its virtual prototyping are comple- ted. The impact mechanism of variable radius on tooth line, modulus and tooth width of cylindrical gears with arcuate tooth trace are researched via finite element analysis method. According to analysis, the cylindrical gears with arcuate tooth trace teeth wire radius, modulus and tooth width have a close relationship with their contact strength, and when the other relevant parameters are certain and 1. lb≤ RT≤2b, the contact stress value is of the minimum. Therefore, the theoretical basis for design and in- dustrial applications of cylindrical gears with arcuate tooth trace is provided.
