谐波传动中柔轮轮齿对柔轮变形的影响分析 被引量:5

摘要 在传统的谐波齿轮传动研究中,用于求解谐波齿轮传动的共轭齿形的方法一般都是基于包络理论求共轭齿形的解析法。此方法在推导公式的过程中没有考虑柔轮轮齿的影响,得到的结果并不精确。利用UG三维软件建立椭圆凸轮式波发生器、杯形柔轮齿圈和简化齿圈圆环的三维模型,并以Parasolid格式导入ANSYS有限元软件中进行分析。采用面-面接触单元模拟柔轮与波发生器的相互接触状况,得到了柔轮齿圈和简化圆环的中性层上节点的位移曲线图和弹性应变曲线图,分析说明了柔轮轮齿对柔轮齿圈变形的影响,对求解谐波齿轮齿形具有参考价值。 In traditional research of harmonic gear drive, the method used for solving the harmonic gear transmission conjugate tooth profile is generally based on the theory of envelope to solve conjugate tooth profile. The influence of the flexspline tooth isn't considered in the process of formula derivation with the method, so the result gained is not accurate. Using UG software, the 3D models of the ellip- tical cam wave generator, the cup-shaped flexspline and the simplify ring are built, the models are imported to the ANSYS finite element software by Parasolid format and analyzed. Using surface-sur- face contact element to solve the contacting problem between the flexspline and the wave generator is simulated. The displacement curve and elastic strain curve of the nodes located on neutral layer of the gear ring and the simplify ring is obtained. The influence of flexspline tooth on flexspline deformation is analyzed. A great reference value for solving harmonic gear tooth is provided.
