摘要
为提高滚齿机重要支撑件立柱的静动态性能,对其进行强度和减重优化。利用Pro/EANSYS软件平台,对立柱结构进行三维建模并作静动态分析,根据其静态受力变形、应力云图及前5阶固有频率和相应振型进行优化改进。结果显示优化后立柱强度有所提高,质量减少了约6.18×103 kg,为立柱的合理设计与优化改进提供了一定的参考。
In order to improve static and dynamic performance of the stand column that is the im- portant supports of the gear hobbing machine, the stand column is optimized on strength and weight optimization. The structure modeling in 3D and analyzing in static and dynamic are carried out by using the software platform of Pro/E--ANSYS, then the model is optimized according to the static stress de- formation, the cloud chart of stress, the first 5 natural frequency and the corresponding vibration mode. The results show that the strength is increased and the weight is decreased by about 6. 18 ×103 kg after the optimizing, some references for the reasonable design and optimization of the stand column are provided.
