摘要
对GH35铣齿机的液压系统进行了分析及分齿运动液压油路规划,利用国产数控系统内嵌PLC开发了M指令,实现了机床液压系统进给、后退的手动与自动的程序性控制,以及铣齿时的进刀和分齿时的退刀所需的各种运动。最后进行了切齿试验,分析了产生分齿误差的原因,经过调试最后使机床分齿精度达到了6~7级,为国产数控系统在弧齿锥齿轮铣齿机上应用提供了一定的基础。
The analysis of hydraulic system of GH35 spiral bevel gear milling machine and the hy- draulic circuit planning of tooth dividing movement are carried out. By using the domestic NC system embedded PLC, the M instruction is developed, the program control of manual and automatic of ma- chine tool hydraulic System feed and back and the various kinds of sports need by cutting feed when milling tooth and cutting back when tooth dividing are realized. Finally, the gear cutting test on the spiral bevel gear is carried out, and the main reason of tooth dividing error is analyzed. The level 6 to 7 accuracy of tooth dividing is reached through debug hydraulic system, It lays a foundation for the do- mestic NC system applied in the milling machine of spiral bevel gear.
