摘要
用温和的水热法合成了具有钙钛矿型ABO3结构的系列化合物GdFe1-x Cr x O3,并对产物最终组成和磁性进行了分析.碱度在反应物中的多少直接控制着最终产物的组成,只有精确的控制碱度才能得到我们预期所需的化学计量比的产物.在合成方法上,水热法与固相法相比,前者能够得到更完美的、结晶度更好的晶体,合成有序度更高的材料.
Perovskite type structure with ABO3 series of compound GdFe1-xCrxO3 was synthesized by hydrothermal method, by analyzing final product composition and magnetic properties. The alkalinity in the reactants in the direct control over the composition of final products, only theprecise control of alkalinity, we could obtain the expected stoichiometry product As for the synthesis method, hydrothermal method and solid-phase method, the former can be more perfect, the crystallization degree better, synthesis of ordered more material.
