The higher vocational education is very important to successful transition of society of our country economy. High-quality vocational teachers are the key to improve the quality of higher vocational education. To strengthen the construction of teachers, from hiring new teachers, constructing reasonable training system, promoting teaching by scientific research and establishing perfect evaluation system, we can attract high-quality personnel, to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers and promote the professional development of teachers, finally.
