柳州市国有资本经营预算从2011年起试行,柳州市国有资本经营预算的试行依据中央、广西的政策,借鉴了其它省市的经验。文章重点分析柳州市开展国有资本经营预算的情况,针对当前开展国有资本经营预算存在问题,提出了进一步完善国有资本经营预算的政策建议。
