摘要
本研究采用大学生职业成熟度量表和心理分离量表对306名大学生实施测量,探讨大学生的职业成熟度及其与心理分离的关系。结果发现:(1)在职业世界知识和现实性上女生明显好于男生;(2)年级差异主要体现在职业自我知识、专业知识、人际交往策略知识、职业世界知识和自信心方面;(3)大学生心理分离对职业成熟度有显著影响,冲突独立和功能独立是大学生职业成熟度的重要预测源。
A total of 305 undergraduates were measured by College Student Career Maturity Inventory and Psychological Separation Inventory to explore the career maturity and its relationship with psychological separation of undergraduates. The results indicated that: (1) There were gender differences on vocational knowledge of world and reality, the female students were significantly higher than male. (2)There were grade differences on vocational knowledge of self, professional knowledge, interpersonal communication knowledge, vocational knowledge of world and confidence. (3) Psychological separation had a significant influence on career maturity of undergraduates. Conflicting and functional independence to parent were the important precursors of career maturity.
