基础地理数据分类和编码研究——以北京市测绘设计研究院基础地理数据为例

The Research of the Basic Geographic Data Classification and Coding——Example as the Data of Beijing Institute of Surveying and Mapping

基础地理数据分类是一个抽象真实世界、形成逻辑概念的过程,其结果是得到数据分类、建立数据编目的方案。参考国内外相关研究成果,结合北京市测绘设计研究院的数据库建设项目,本文首先对基础地理数据类型进行了梳理,然后进行了数据资源统一规划、数据编码、数据标准的制定,接着对数据的维护、更新方案进行了研究,最后给出了北京市测绘设计研究院的基础地理数据分类和编码结果。

Basic geographic data classification is a process of abstracting real world and forming the logicconcept, the result is obtained the schemes of data classification and cataloging. Referring to the result of relevant researches at home and abroad, this paper, based on the database project with the institute of surveying and mapping, firstly, makes a summary ofthe basic geographic data, and then develops the data re- sources unified planning, data encoding, and making the data standard, then the data maintenance and update is follow- ing, finally the result of the basic geographic data classification and coding of surveying and mapping institute are given.
