计划与调查——民族社会工作介入武陵山片区公共文化服务的思考

PLAN AND SURVEY ——Consideration on the intervention of ethnic social work in public cultural services in the mountainous area in Wuling

本文简要回顾了民族社会工作在中国的发展历程,认为民族社会工作基于"调查者"的立场展开,反馈与可问责是其关键因素,可以为武陵山片区公共文化服务提供另一个工作视角、专业化的工作方法和服务框架。如果能运用民族社会工作来应对武陵山片区的公共文化服务,可以在一定程度上避免"计划者"的误区。

On reviewing the course of development of ethnic social work in China briefly, this paper notes that the ethnic social work is undertaken on the basis of the ＂investigator＇ s＂ position. Feedback and accountability are the key elements that can provide the public cultural services in the mountainous area of Wuling with an alternative angle of work, professional method and framework of service. Errors of the ＂planners＂ can be avoided to a certain extent if the ethnic social work is introduced into the public cultural services in the mountainous area of Wuling.
