卡维地洛和厄贝沙坦联合治疗慢性心功能不全的疗效及对血浆NT-proBNP的影响

Effects of carvedilol and irbesartan on chronic cardiac insufficiency and their influence on plasma NT-proBNP

目的:观察卡维地洛和厄贝沙坦联合治疗慢性心功能不全的疗效及对血浆N端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)的影响。方法:将入选的80例慢性心功能不全患者随机分为对照组和研究组,每组40例,两组入院后均给予强心剂、利尿剂和血管扩张剂等基础治疗,研究组在此基础上口服卡维地洛和厄贝沙坦治疗,治疗1个月后,观察两组临床疗效和血浆NT-proBNP水平变化。结果:治疗1个月后,两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,研究组心功能分级Ⅰ级明显增多,Ⅲ级明显减少,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,两组血浆NT-proBNP水平明显下降,LVEF值明显增高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组治疗后比较,研究组治疗后患者血浆NT-proBNP水平明显下降,LVEF值明显增高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:卡维地洛联合厄贝沙坦治疗慢性心功能不全患者临床疗效显著,并且血浆NT-proBNP水平明显下降。

Objective. To observe effects of carvedilol and irbesartan on chronic cardiac insufficien- cy and their influence on plasma NT-proBNP. Methods： Totally 80 patients with chronic cardiac insuffi- ciency were randomly divided into control group and research group, each group had 40 cases, two groups of patients given strengthening heart, diuretics and vasodilator therapy, the research group were given earvedilol and irbesartan based on treatment of the control group, after 1 month, the curative effect and plasma NT-proBNP of two groups were observed. Results： One month after treatment, the total effectiverate of two groups was statistically significantly different （X2= 5. 000,P（0.05）. Comparing the control group, number of patients with level I of cardiac function increased, but those with level HI decreased （P d0.05）. Plasma NT-proBNP of two groups decreased in both groups, LVEF value increased （P^0.05）. Comparing with control group, plasma NT-proBNP of research group decreased after treatment, LVEF value increased, the difference was statistically significant （P^0.05）. Conclusion： Carvedilol and irbesar- tan show good curative effects on the patients with chronic cardiac insufficiency, and plasma NT-proBNP is decreased significantly.
