摘要 领导者的非权力性影响力是领导能力的重要体现,对单位和谐发展具有重要的意义。文章从组织行为学角度,分析了领导者影响力的内涵,并针对科研单位领导者非权力性影响力的特殊性表现,探析了其构成的普遍要素和特殊性,提出了提升科研单位领导者非权力性影响力的建议。 The leader's non-authority influence is an important manifestation of leadership, and it is of the vital significance to the harmonious development of the unit. From the angle of organization behavior, connotation of the leader's influence was analysed in the paper. According to specialities of leader's non-authority influence in scientific research units, the universal elements and particularity of its constituents were explored. Suggestions to promote the leader's non-authority influence in scientific research units were proposed.
