摘要
人才是第一资源,科学技术是第一生产力,国家自主创新能力的提高很大程度上取决于科技人才潜能的不断挖掘。作为人事人才工作的主体,人事干部肩负着调动科技人才工作积极性、挖掘其工作潜能、塑造其领导力、增强其团队凝聚力的重任。文章旨在强调科研人才在农业科研单位建设中的重要性,剖析人事干部在人事人才工作中的定位,在此基础上提出农业科研院所人事干部在人事人才工作中提高工作能力的建议。
The talented person is the first resource, science and technology is the primary productive force, it depends on keeping stimulating the potential of the technology talent to cultivate the independent innovation capability of the nation. As the main body of personnel work, personnel cadre should shoulder promoting the enthusiasm, tapping the potential, modeling the leadership, enhancing the team cohesion of the technology talent. In this work, we aim at emphasizing the importance of the technology talent in the construction of institute of agricultural scientific research, analyzing the orientation of the personnel cadre in personnel work, based on these, we propose some suggestions on how to improve the working ability of personnel cadre in personnel work in the institute of agricultural scientific research.
