河南省城镇体系等级层次结构研究——基于河南省新型城镇化战略分析

Study on Urban System Hierarchy Level Structure in Henan Province:Based on the Analysis of the New Urbanization Strategy of Henan Province

河南省委、省政府在推进中原经济区建设中明确提出:统筹推进大中小城市、中心镇和新型农村社区建设,加快构建符合中原实际的五级城镇体系,走城乡统筹、社会和谐、生态宜居的新型城镇化道路。河南省作为中原经济区的主要组成部分,其城镇体系的等级层次结构建设对整个经济区的新型城镇化进程至关重要。基于此,首先,从城镇体系等级层次结构的概念内涵出发,选用"城镇中心性强度"综合指标,通过主成分分析法计算河南省18个省辖市和108个县城、县级市的城镇中心性强度;其次,根据评价结果将河南省126个城镇划分为6个等级层次;最后,基于综合评价结果,结合河南省城镇体系中城市、城市群的发展态势,提出现代城镇体系等级层次结构的组织方案和调控策略。

The guidance of the State Council on the support of Henan Province to accelerate the construction of Zhongyuan Economic Region made it clear that Henan government should play the leading role of central urban agglomeration, step into the new urbanization configuration of coordination development of large and medium urban and small towns, support and promote three-ization coordination development. Therefore, from the perspective of the specific regional practice, the modern hierarchy structure construction of urban system in Henan Province is im- portant to new-type urbanization process. According to the connotation of urban system hierarchy structure, this pa- per calculates the urban central intensity from urban scale, economy, infrastructure, social life, and eco-environ- ment of 18 cites and 108 towns in Henan Province and makes them divide into 6 hierarchy levels. And then based on the comprehensive evaluation results and the development trend of urban and urban agglomeration, it proposes the organization programs and regulation strategies of modern urban system hierarchy structure of Henan Province.
