北京资源节约环境友好型社会建设成就显著,已经由追求经济发展速度向追求经济发展质量转变,但是人口持续增长与资源紧缺的矛盾长期存在。构建生态文明指标体系的目的是对生态文明发展状况进行监测和预测,从而为生态文明建设提供决策服务。生态文明评价指标体系是一个涉及多部门多学科的复杂研究,从概念界定、指标取舍、数据采集等方面努力建立科学的生态文明建设评价指标体系。为了分析生态文明建设与区域经济发展之间的动态关系,构建了生态文明-区域经济压力指数,与全国其他省市进行对比,找准北京生态文明建设的定位。

Notable achievements have been made in resource-saving and environment-friendly society construction the pursuit of economic growth has shifted to the pursuit of quality of economic development change in Beijing, and However, the contradiction persists of continued population growth and resource scarcity. The purpose of constructing ecological civilization index system is to monitor and forecast the development of ecological civilization so as to provide decision-making services of ecological civilization. Evaluation index system of ecological civilization is a complex research involving multi-sectors and multi- disciplines. From the definition of concept, the selection of indexes, and the collection of data, this paper strives to establish a scientific evaluation index system of ecological civilization. In order to analyze the dynamic relationship between ecological civilization construction and regional economic development, it constructs the regional economic pressure indexes to make a compared between Beijing and other provinces so as to identify the ecological civilization positioning of Beijing
