介绍不确定度评定的流程,并根据流程以防雷检测中防雷装置接地电阻测量值的不确定度评定分析为例,阐述防雷装置接地电阻测量值的不确定度评定分析模型和计算方法,编制其不确定度计算表。
Processes of uncertainty evaluation are introduced, an uncertainty evaluation analysis model and calculation for measured grounding resistance value of a lightning protection device are stated, by taking the example of uncertainty evaluation analysis on the measured grounding resistance value of the lightning protection device in lightning protection inspection, according to the processes, and an uncertainty calculation sheet is developed.
