岳劼恒的科学贡献与治学思想研究

Research of Yue Jie-Heng's scientific contributions and scholarship thought

依据原始文献,对西北联大后继学校西北大学岳劼恒教授的生平、学术生涯、科学成就和治学思想进行系统研究。结论认为,岳劼恒将法国化学家P.Job的连续变化法应用于酒石酸及其络合物的结构和稳定度分析中,用旋光法实验研究了酒石酸几种复盐及其胶体络合物的组分比和存在的条件,在旋光现象的应用方面创造出络合物光学研究的新途径。其研究方法和治学思想对今天高等物理学教育的发展来说仍具有重要的现实意义。

According to the original literature and relevant historical data, systematic research is done on the professor of Northwest University, Yue Jie-heng＇s life, academic career, scientific achievements and scholarly ideas. The conclusion is that, Yue Jie-heng Developed French chemist P. Job＇s continuous variation method and applied it to the analysis on tartaric acid and its complex structure and stability, using the polarimetry method, he has done experimental study on the composition ratio and presence of several tartrate complexes salts and colloid complex, created the new researching ways of complex optics in the application of optical phe- nomena. Yue Jie-heng＇s research methods and scholarly thinking had important practical significance on the development of Northwest University.
