摘要 针对目前国内普遍采用的山洪灾害监测预警系统软件(包括ArcGIS、SQL Server、Window Server等)及其开发工具价格昂贵的问题,为降低系统软件费用,提出采用开源软件来构建山洪灾害监测预警系统的方法。给出了基于开源软件的山洪灾害监测预警系统的总体设计,并详细描述了系统的构建与实现。实例应用表明,该方法实现了山洪灾害监测预警,大幅降低了系统软件费用,有效可行。 Aiming at system software of current mountain flood disaster monitoring and forewarning system (including ArcGIS, SQL Server, Windows Server, etc ) and high cost of these development tools, the method for design of mountain flood disaster monitoring and forewarning system based on open source software is proposed to reduce the cost. The system’s architecture and design based on open source software is introduced, and the construction and implementation of the method are described in detail. Finally, the application example proves that the new method can implement the mountain flood monitoring and forewarning and the cost of system software tools is greatly reduced as well as the method is effective and feasible.
