摘要
高压辊磨机作为一种高效节能的设备在国外已得到了较为广泛的应用。本文就高压辊磨机的工作原理和技术特性作了简要介绍,并描述了其在我国有色矿山的应用情况。通过对适用流程、节能优势与在生产实践中的局限性等问题的阐述,探讨了高压辊磨机的发展前景。
High pressure grinding roll （HPGR） has been widely used overseas because of its high-effi- ciency and energy-saving characteristics. This paper briefly introduces operating principle, technical characteristics and application in domestic non-ferrous metallurgical mine of HPGR, and discusses the application prospect via the exposition of appropriate circuit, energy conversation superiority, and limita- tion in productive practice.
