骨转移瘤放疗止痛疗效分析

Analysis of the Pain Relief Effect of Radiotherapy for Bone Metastases

目的 评价放射治疗骨转移性疼痛的治疗效果。方法 69例癌症骨转移病人接受不同分次量的放疗 ,观察放疗后疼痛缓解情况。结果 放疗止痛总有效率为 85 5 % ,大分割剂量组因其生物剂量相对较高 ,放疗止痛效果明显优于常规放疗组。结论 放射治疗骨转移引起的疼痛 ,疗效较好。

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of radiotherapy on the pain caused by bone-metastases.Methods 69 cases of bone metastases were treated with different per dose, to observe the pain relief effect after radiotherapy.Results The total curative rate of radiotherapy was 85.5%. The low fractional radiotherapy was better than the conventional radiotherapy, because of its higher biological dose.Conclusions Radiotherapy is effective to the pain caused by bone-metastases.
