电脑红外线扫描诊断乳腺疾病3262例分析

摘要 目的 探讨电脑红外线扫描诊断乳腺疾病的临床价值。方法 应用电脑红外线乳腺诊断仪检查乳腺疾病 3 2 62例。结果 红外线诊断乳腺癌经术后病理证实或细胞学检查 :其中乳腺癌 80例 ,诊断符合率 90 % ,乳腺癌可疑 5例 ,不符合 2例。乳腺良性病变符合率 88 9%。结论 红外线扫描具有无创伤、科学性强等优点 ,在临床上具有一定的诊断价值。 Objective To probe into the clinical value of diagnosing mammary gland diseases by infra red ray computer scanning.Methods 3262 patients have been diagnosed by infra red ray computer scanning.Results Based on the pathological or cytological analysis after operation,85 of these patients have been proved to bear mammary gland cancer while 5 to be suspicious and 2 to have none,i.e.the coincidence rate of diagnosing mammary gland is as high as 90% and the rate of diagnosing benign tumor is 88.9%.Conchusions Infra red ray scanning has proved to be untraumatizing and resulted with a high coincidence rate,thus turned out to be a valuable clinical method to diagnose mammary gland diseases.
