Discussion on Energy Saving Management of Initial Project Construction of Industrial Enterprice

本文针对项目建设过程涉及的可行性研究、节能评估、工程设计、设备采购等四个阶段,阐述了在各阶段节能管理工作的管理方案,探讨了项目建设前期对提升能源利用效率、提高节能硬件技术水平和降低项目能源消耗的方法。

Based on the four stages of project construction including feasible study, energy saving assess- ment, project design and equipments purchase, the management plans for energy saving management in different stage were introduced, and the methods to increase energy utilization efficiency, improve techno- logical levels for energy saving hardware and decrease energy consumption of project in initial project con- struction were discussed.
