摘要 一般认为,在铅酸蓄电池生极板制造—涂板过程中淋少量的硫酸是必要的。本文对淋酸的作用及负面影响进行了阐述,观察对比了淋酸与不淋酸的极板表面状态,并对两种极板进行了储存试验,从各个方面都显示取消淋酸对产品性能没有不良影响,同时还可清洁生产,保护环境。 It is necessary to shower plates with a small amount of sulfuric acid during pasting in the manufacturing process of lead-acid battery plates. This paper describes the positive and negative effects of acid showering, compares the surface status of showered plates with un-showered plates, and carries out storage test with the two kinds of plates. The results shows there is no negative effects to the product performances without acid showering, and also it could be beneficial to cleaner production and environmental protection.
