摘要
本文对可能引起排管腐蚀短路的原因做了列举,重点分析了涤纶排管渗透短路的原因,并依据标准技术要求以及试验方法对管式用蓄电池排管作了性能测试。试验结果发现,当排管抗拉裂强度为200 N/cm左右时,排管耐酸系数差,不耐腐蚀,易线型开裂,极易造成电池早期容量衰减,从而缩短牵引用蓄电池的使用寿命。
In this paper a possible cause of the short-circuit resulted from corrosion is analyzed in general, and the short-circuit caused by osmosis in the terylene gauntlets in particular. The performance of the batteries with tubular plates has been investigated on a basis of the standard technical requirements and relevant test methods. From the test results we found that the gauntlets cannot resist the corrosion and are apt to crack linearly as the tensile strength approaches 200 N/km, as a result, causing premature capacity loss and shortage of the service life of traction batteries.
